This cold and flu season is already off to a crazy start, between RSV, the flu, and Covid 19, hospitals, clinics, and urgent care centers are overwhelmed. If you need an herbal consultation, we can schedule one online. As always, it payment is sliding scale, from $0 to $120, we never ask or require proof.

You are expected to keep your appointment or contact hwblouisvillecoordinator@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY if you cannot attend so we may fill your spot. This is a pay-what-you-can clinic, and, when required, appointments are very limited. Please be courteous to our volunteers and others who may like an appointment, and make sure you can attend at your chosen time. You should come 15 minutes early to complete the required intake forms, or your appointment could be cut short. We will confirm your attendance 48-72 hours in advance. Please review the available time slots below and click on the button to register.
You will be required to complete an intake form before your appointment, including total health, lifestyle, and habits history. This information will be held in the strictest confidence. It is imperative to list all prescriptions, drugs (legal and illegal), supplements, diagnosed conditions, and history because there can be contraindications for specific herbal remedies.
